Our detailing hours are set and strictly enforced. Any unscheduled late pick-ups will resort to a late fee of $40 for the first hour and $35 per hour afterward.

We provide an estimated completion time frame with each detail, but please note that these are estimations. We typically have several details daily, and some jobs may take longer than others. If you need your vehicle back within a specific timeframe, please let us know when scheduling so we can plan the day and other jobs accordingly.
Cancellations and Rescheduling - We Understand!
We ask that you give us as much notice as possible. This allows our waiting list customers to adjust to other appointment times. Providing adequate notice also gives us the courtesy of alerting other customers about any updates or changes to our schedule. Please review our Cancellation Policy carefully and thoroughly when booking or reserving your appointments. Our Cancellation Policy is strictly enforced.

To ensure smooth and efficient service, please review the following terms and fees policies:
🚗 Mobile Service Fee
- No Charge: for the first 20 miles
- After 20 miles:
- Base fee: $20
- Per additional mile: $0.75
⚡ Same-Day Appointments
- Additional Flat Fee: Starting @ $75
- Plus: the cost of the selected service
- Note: Mobile fee applies if over 20 miles
⏱ No-Show/Delayed Appointments
- No-show/Late cancellation:
- Delayed Over 20 minutes: +$40
Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, or failure to show, will result in a charge of 50% of the total service cost.
🌙 After-Hour Appointments
Services scheduled outside regular business hours will be billed at 2× the regular service price
